Scope of Services
- Servicing – It includes basic servicing as provided by the garages.
- Doorstep Washes – It is only applicable for cars subject to the customer must provide running water & electricity to facilitate the aforesaid service.
- 24/7 road service – It means towing facility which shall be dependent on the availability of the service in the customer’s location.
- Towing facility – We shall bear towing facility charges only upto 20 kms from the pickup location. Rest of the charges shall be borne by the customer.
- Pickup & Drop Facility – It is applicable only at the time of servicing subject to the facility provided by the garage.
- Major & Minor Breakdowns – It is not covered under Servicing. It only includes labour charges upto 20% of the total labour cost. It does not include cost of the parts & materials used at the time of repairing & servicing. Classifying breakdowns whether it is major or minor is at our discretion.
Parts
If the customer requests that we use specific parts, we will do our best to accommodate that request but we cannot guarantee the quality or availability of those parts.
Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on our services and parts. The details of the warranty will be provided to the customer at the time of service.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase of subscription. We accept bank transfers and online payment. In addition, customer shall also be liable to pay the garage for services/parts used which are not covered under the subscription purchased. We reserve the right to require a deposit from the customer for large jobs or for customers who have a history of not paying for services rendered.
Liability
We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or from the failure of a vehicle after it has been serviced by us. We recommend that customers carry insurance on their vehicles. Our liability towards the garage shall be limited to the agreed value for the services. We shall not liable to pay any amount for services which is not covered in the subscription. The customer shall be liable to pay the garage for services/parts used which are not covered under the subscription purchased.
Appointment for servicing is subject to time & slot availability of garage nearest to the customer location. We cannot provide the service from specific garage chosen by the customer. We provide services from garages who have collaborated/tied up with us. If the customer cancels or reschedules a pre-booked appointment, or does not show up at the garage by the scheduled time, it will be marked as the customer has availed the said service and we shall not liable to provide further service.
At Pro Street Garage, we believe in transparency and fairness. Customer should not pay any amount to garage owner as well as garage owner should not charge any amount to customers unless customer request for any services that not covered under our subscription plans. Pro Street Garage is not liable for any monetary transaction between garage owners and customers.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict or cease to provide our services at any time if the customer violates any of these terms and conditions, carry out illegal activity, or violates/attempts to violate the integrity or security of our Platform or our garage partners, or conceal any material fact which requires prior disclosure, or declares information which is misleading/false, or misbehaves, or such other acts anywhere in such a manner that we cannot provide the necessary services to the customer.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and our company and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
